Water on the carriageway endangers traffic and is a nuisance to road users. A water film of a few millimetres can cause dreaded aquaplaning, even at low speeds. Rainwater therefore has to be removed along the shortest path. Continuous drainage with reinforced concrete slot units provides a remedy and increases the safety and life of the traffic areas.
