Today's Betonwerk Neu-Ulm was established in 1964 as a subsidiary of the building contractor Wolfer & Goebel, Stuttgart. As a result of early separation from the construction company in 1968, the concrete works acquired its independence to enable it to plan its own forward looking business development.
